1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and sona 108 ("the Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"). By accessing the sona 108 website at sona-108.com, registering an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager on any product offered by sona 108 — including casino games, live dealer tables, slots, crash games, and cricket or sports betting markets — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them.

These Terms apply to all current and future features, products, and services offered through the sona 108 platform. Additional terms, rules, or conditions may apply to specific games, promotions, tournaments, or payment methods; where such additional terms exist, they are incorporated into these Terms by reference and are equally binding.

If you access sona 108 on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms. 1.1 Language of Agreement

1.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with sona 108's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and any game-specific rules published on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and sona 108 with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to use the sona 108 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, consultant, or agent of sona 108, nor are you a close family member or household member of any such person.
• You do not already hold an active or previously suspended sona 108 account.
• You have not been self-excluded from sona 108 or any other gambling platform in a manner that remains in effect.
• You are of sound mind and are not acting under the influence of substances that impair your judgement.

2.1 Age Verification

sona 108 employs age verification procedures at the point of registration and at subsequent stages, including before processing a first withdrawal. You may be required to submit a government-issued identification document — such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence — to confirm your age and identity. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within the timeframe specified will result in account suspension and any pending withdrawals being placed on hold.

2.2 Underage Access

If sona 108 has reasonable grounds to believe that an account is held by a person under the age of 18, the account will be suspended immediately. All funds deposited will be held pending investigation. No winnings accumulated during the period of underage use will be paid out. sona 108 reserves the right to refer such cases to relevant authorities.

3 Account Registration & Verification

To access real-money games, betting markets, and financial features on sona 108, you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. You are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number associated with an active Bangladesh SIM card (for bKash, Nagad, or Rocket transactions).

3.1 Account Information Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that all information held on your sona 108 account is accurate and current at all times. If any of your registration details change — including your mobile number, email address, or residential address — you must update your account profile promptly. sona 108 shall not be liable for losses arising from outdated or inaccurate account information provided by you.

3.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one sona 108 account. The operation of more than one account per person — whether under the same or different personal details, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment method identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where sona 108 identifies duplicate accounts, all associated accounts will be suspended, balances will be reviewed, and any bonuses or winnings accumulated across duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

3.3 KYC Verification

As part of our commitment to player safety and regulatory compliance, sona 108 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be requested to provide one or more of the following documents at any point during your account lifetime:

• A copy of your National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate as proof of identity and age.
• A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence as proof of residential address in Bangladesh.

3.4 Account Security

You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any action taken on your account using your credentials — whether by you or by any third party to whom you have disclosed your credentials — will be treated as your own action and will be your sole responsibility. 4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on sona 108 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). sona 108 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

4.1 Deposits

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your sona 108 wallet in real time under normal operating conditions. Bank card and bank transfer deposits may take longer to process depending on the issuing institution. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though high-volume deposits may require additional verification.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made from a payment method belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited. Any such deposit identified may be returned to the source payment method and the associated account suspended.

4.2 Withdrawals

To request a withdrawal, your account must have successfully completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed within the following indicative timeframes:

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: Within minutes to 2 hours during standard operating hours.
• Bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla, City Bank, BRAC Bank): 1–3 business days.
• Visa / Mastercard: 3–5 business days depending on the issuing bank.

sona 108 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to fund the account, except in cases where the original payment method is no longer available — in which case, sona 108 will request suitable evidence before approving an alternative method.

4.3 Fees

sona 108 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment service provider (e.g., your bKash account, bank, or card issuer) may impose their own transaction fees or currency handling charges. sona 108 is not responsible for any charges levied by third-party payment providers.

4.4 Currency

All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and winnings are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). sona 108 does not currently offer multi-currency accounts. All monetary amounts displayed on the platform use the ৳ symbol and Western Arabic numerals.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

sona 108 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players, including a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 for new registrations, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

Unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses issued by sona 108:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 18 and above only.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, and payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are held separately from real-money balances and must meet the applicable wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn.
• The standard wagering requirement for sona 108 bonuses is 30x the bonus amount unless the offer terms specify a different multiplier.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited, unless the offer terms specify a different deadline.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live dealer games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the offer terms.
• sona 108 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

sona 108 takes bonus integrity seriously. Conduct that constitutes bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using automated software or bots to meet wagering requirements; colluding with other players to exploit bonus structures; and placing bets that exploit game mechanics in ways that guarantee completion of wagering requirements with minimal risk. Where bonus abuse is identified, sona 108 reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings, suspend the account, and recover any funds that have been withdrawn as a result of the abusive activity.

5.3 Seasonal Promotions

sona 108 runs seasonal promotions aligned with the Bangladesh cricket calendar and cultural calendar, including promotions during BPL season, the T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Independence Day (March 26), and Victory Day (December 16). Participation in seasonal promotions is optional and subject to eligibility criteria published with each offer.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the sona 108 platform — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, instant wins, and sports betting markets — are governed by the specific rules of each individual game or product, as published in the game interface or associated help documentation. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before placing real-money wagers.

6.1 Random Number Generation

The outcomes of all casino games on sona 108 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. RNG systems used on the platform are independently tested to ensure compliance with accepted fairness standards. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are calculated over statistically significant sample sizes and represent theoretical long-term averages — they do not guarantee individual session results.

6.2 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games — including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, andar bahar, and teen patti — are streamed in real time from studios operated by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. 6.3 Sports Betting

Cricket and sports betting markets are offered subject to the rules published in the sona 108 sports betting section. Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet reference number is issued, the odds are locked. In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or otherwise failing to reach its natural conclusion, bets will be settled according to the applicable sport-specific rules.

6.4 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a system error, software malfunction, or obvious pricing error affecting any game or betting market, sona 108 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the original stake to the player's account. sona 108 will not be liable for any perceived losses arising from a technical error that is subsequently corrected, including where a player has taken advantage of an erroneous price or game state.

7 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player at sona 108, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in compliance with these Terms at all times. You further agree that the following conduct is strictly prohibited, and that engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where appropriate:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with sona 108.
• Registering or operating more than one sona 108 account.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your sona 108 account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the platform, place bets, or complete wagering requirements.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, including deliberately cycling funds through the platform with no genuine intent to gamble.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform component.
• Using the platform in a manner that violates any applicable law of Bangladesh.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing communication with sona 108 staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any component of the sona 108 platform.

sona 108 employs automated monitoring tools and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. All suspicious activity is investigated by our security team. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will not be entitled to any funds withheld as a result of the investigation.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your sona 108 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Any legitimate real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC verification requirements being met. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by sona 108

sona 108 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as set out in Section 7.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or other financial crime.
• Account found to belong to a person under 18 years of age.
• Reasonable grounds to believe that the account presents a risk to the integrity of the platform.

Where an account is closed by sona 108 due to a proven breach of these Terms, sona 108 may withhold some or all of the account balance as appropriate to the severity of the breach. The player will be notified of the decision and provided with an opportunity to respond where legally required.

8.3 Responsible Gaming Closures

Players who request self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming tools available on sona 108 will have their accounts closed or restricted in accordance with the duration selected. During any self-exclusion period, the player will not be permitted to register a new account. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion is a breach of these Terms and will be treated accordingly.

9 Limitation of Liability

sona 108 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure the platform is reliable, secure, and available around the clock, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sona 108 disclaims all warranties — express or implied — including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall sona 108 be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Any loss of data or corruption of data.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
• Any losses arising from events outside sona 108's reasonable control, including internet outages, power failures, acts of government, natural disasters, or force majeure events.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information displayed on the platform, including odds, game statistics, or promotional descriptions.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable Bangladesh law, sona 108's total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your sona 108 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Amendments to These Terms

sona 108 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, sona 108 will update the "Last updated" date displayed at the top of this page and, where the changes are significant, will endeavour to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or via an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the sona 108 platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and contact [email protected] to request account closure.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. sona 108 recommends that you check this page each time you log in until you are satisfied with the current version. The most recent version of these Terms always supersedes all previous versions.

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from your use of the sona 108 platform that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with our support team will be subject to the dispute resolution process described in the platform's Help & FAQ section. sona 108's primary dispute resolution approach is direct engagement — we encourage players to contact [email protected] in the first instance for all complaints and disputes.

10.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be severed from the remainder of the Terms, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent of the severed provision.
